RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

At Puff Bras, customer hygiene and product safety are our highest priorities.

Because our products are intimate apparel that comes into direct contact with the skin, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product packaging has been opened.

We can only accept a return if:

  • The package is unopened and unused.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Your order never arrives due to our error.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product arrives significantly damaged.

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos
  • Description of the issue

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned after opening:

  • Sticky bras
  • Adhesive bras
  • Nipple covers
  • Adhesive accessories
  • Any intimate apparel that has been opened, tried on, or used

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for opened products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.
